Our Fees
We do not charge a fee for residential mortgage advice, however we charge an administration fee for processing each of your mortgage contracts. Our fees only become payable if/when you decide to go ahead with an application and our typical fees are shown below:

£499 for arranging a Mortgage to Purchase a property

£299 for a Remortgage or Product Transfer

£749 for arranging an Adverse Credit Mortgage

£749 for arranging a Lifetime Mortgage (Equity Release) of which £249 will be payable on application, with the remainder becoming due on successful production of a mortgage offer.
