Qualifications

  • CeMAP Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice

    The industry benchmark qualification for mortgage advisers, recognised as a mark of excellence and professionalism. Individuals attain the required understanding of mortgage policy and practice and how to effectively apply this when advising a customer.

  • CeRER Certificate in Regulated Equity Release

    This qualification develops an extensive understanding of the environment, products available and the circumstances where equity release is an appropriate solution for the customer.

I specialise and enjoy working with self-employed individuals who are either sole traders or limited company directors.

Over the years, I’ve helped many self-employed clients in a variety of different circumstances, including those with just one year of self-employed income.

The thing I love most about my job is being able to be part of someone’s journey to buy their first home.

I also love meeting new clients, and the fact that every day is different.

Undray outside of work

I’m a family man, living with my wife and two adorable boys.

My youngest boy is a keen sportsman and takes after me with his love of sports. He definitely gets his football skills from his daddy and loves anything that involves a ball.

I nearly made it as a professional footballer many years ago, having been on the books of several clubs, including Charlton and Gillingham, as a teenager.

As my football days are over, I’m now a keen gym person, which keeps me active.

I also love music and family days out.

At a lovely restaurant, enjoying good food and music.

My favourite holiday destination is:

Barbados.

My favourite song to play in the car is:

Anything afrobeat.

The first album I bought was:

An album by Jay-Z.

If I could be any fictional character, I would be:

Superman.

When the dessert menu arrives, I’m looking for:

Tiramisu.

The three qualities that draw me to new people are:

Happy, kind, and confident.

My pet peeve is:

Being late.

The best gift I’ve ever received is:

Family.

The three people at my dream dinner party would be:

Barack Obama, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Jay-Z.

The small things that make my day better are:

Tea and sun.

Two things I haven’t done so far include:

Gone on a cruise or been skiing.
