My name is Siobhan Meikle. I’ve been a client of Mortgage Medics for the last year or so, and my adviser was Undray.

I got involved with Mortgage Medics because I was a first-time buyer, so I had absolutely no idea about anything. I didn’t know what to do. I also don’t really have a network of people who’ve bought houses, so I didn’t have other people to turn to and talk to. So, Mortgage Medics was definitely my number one choice.

When I first reached out to Mortgage Medics, I originally thought that they would just help to provide mortgage advice, and that would be it. I thought they would put me in touch with whichever the best company to take on my mortgage was. However, something that blew away my expectations was they very much took a consultative approach and really walked me through the entire process and ensured that I understood absolutely everything.

I heard about Mortgage Medics by meeting Undray at a professional networking event. Undray not only presented himself really well, but also took time to understand my needs and challenge me a little bit, which I felt was really good because I hadn’t had that before.

Having looked at the reviews of Mortgage Medics and having spoken to a couple of different mortgage advisers at the time, I really felt that Mortgage Medics took the time to understand my needs and they weren’t rushing to have me as a client or a customer. So, I didn’t feel like a number. They really ensured that I had a personal experience with them and kept in touch with me before I’d even chosen them in the first place. For that reason, it really cemented, from day one, the experience I would be having with them once becoming their client.

They answered every email in a timely manner. There were consistent calls if and when I needed them or needed something to be explained to me. They continued to help me with the legal side of my mortgage process as well, which is not what I was expecting once I’d handed that over to my legal team. Mortgage Medics ensured that everything went in on time and mitigated any risks that could have come from my mortgage processing late. They were really, really good at keeping on top of me, keeping on top of my legal team and keeping on top of my council.

Something else that really impressed me about Mortgage Medics is the hand-holding approach that they had from beginning to end. There was not one point where I did not feel supported, and there was not one point where I felt there wasn’t somebody I could turn to throughout the whole process of my mortgage. That really stood out to me.

I would describe them as trustworthy, integral in every shape and form possible, and family-oriented.

I would definitely recommend Mortgage Medics to others seeking mortgage advice. I think they provide a brilliant service. I would definitely recommend Mortgage Medics to any first-time buyers because they support you every step of the way and make it a very stress-free process. And I know for myself I will be using Mortgage Medics again, so I know for anyone that does use them, it’s going to be a lifelong partnership going forward.
