My name is Mark Robinson. I’ve been a client of Mortgage Medics for several years.

Originally, I got in touch with Mortgage Medics, because I was looking at buying a house in Brighton, a house to let at that time, and they were recommended to me by the estate agents. They were only Brighton based at that time and I was very impressed by them.

Mortgage Medics have provided various services and products to me over the years. The latest product I bought from them was equity release. They were able to show me all the different products in the marketplace, all of the rates, and that enabled me to make an easy decision on which product I will work with.

Equity release has meant that I’ve been able to give my children considerable sums of money when they need it now, not when they’re retiring or their own kids have grown, but to give it to them now, when they most need sums of money.

Mortgage Medics were excellent at keeping in touch. They kept me informed of each stage of the process, they also work fast, and I like that.

In any financial transaction, it can be complex, dealing with the different people and the different agencies involved, like lawyers and financial advisers, and what I found with Mortgage Medics was they did all that. They didn’t need to pester you to find out, they just did it. So, you’d find yourself in a situation where you were ready to move much quicker than you would expect and without constantly being asked questions that often you can’t answer.

When I need to arrange a mortgage or anything of a financial nature, I’m always very happy because Mortgage Medics are good to deal with. I know it’ll be handled properly, I know they’ll come up with the right product, and they’re very easy to deal with.

If I were to describe Mortgage Medics in three words, I’d say friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible. When it comes to process and efficiency, Mortgage Medics win hands down. They’re very fast, very efficient, they keep in touch, and things happen quicker than I would expect.

I’d certainly recommend Mortgage Medics to other people. Indeed, my three children, all use Mortgage Medics for their mortgages and other areas. And lots of my friends, I’ve recommended them to. I think they use them as I use them, for their accessibility, knowledge, speed and just general likeability.
