Lucy at work

I’ve been in the industry for more than two decades now and joined the Mortgage Medics team in 2016.

My day-to-day role involves keying applications, chasing solicitors and lenders, and looking after our clients.

I’m also responsible for supporting my team of advisers, and training and mentoring our apprentice.

Lucy outside of work

I love a bit of true crime and horror, whether it’s a film, a series, or a book.

I also love a rock gig or festival and I enjoy nature walks and spending time with family and friends.

My favourite holiday destination is:

Anywhere away from the hustle and bustle.

My favourite song to play in the car is:

Anything rock.

Kylie by Kylie Minogue… with my pocket money!

If I could be any fictional character, I would be:

Ellen Ripley.

If I could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, I would win a medal in:

Sleeping.

When the dessert menu arrives, I’m looking for:

Anything chocolatey!

The qualities that draw me to new people are:

Energy and smile.

My pet peeve is:

Rude people and noisy eaters.

The best gift I’ve ever received is:

My son… although technically, I didn’t receive him!

The three people at my dream dinner party would be:

Far too many to list!

The small things that make my day better are:

A decent cuppa and fluffy socks.

Three things I haven’t done so far include:

Bungee jump, learn to drive, and travel to Australia.
