Qualifications

  • CeMAP Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice

    The industry benchmark qualification for mortgage advisers, recognised as a mark of excellence and professionalism. Individuals attain the required understanding of mortgage policy and practice and how to effectively apply this when advising a customer.

On a day-to-day basis, my role involves liaising with advisers, clients, mortgage lenders and solicitors to ensure every client’s journey runs smoothly.  I also key applications, produce client-facing reports, answer the phone and manage new enquiries via the website.  I am CeMAP qualified (Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice) so I have a clear understanding of the mortgage process and regulatory environment.

A sense of humour, being friendly, and liking to watch sports.

Scraping of silverware.

The best gift I’ve ever received is:

Barbie socks.

The three people at my dream dinner party would be:

Lionel Messi, Tutankhamun, and Albert Einstein.

The three small things that make my day better are:

Coffee, Bournemouth winning, and getting a seat on the bus.

Three things I haven’t done so far include:

Been outside of Europe, got a tattoo, and gone skydiving.
