Our Fees
We do not charge a fee for residential mortgage advice, however we charge an administration fee for processing each of your mortgage contracts. Our fees only become payable if/when you decide to go ahead with an application.

Mortgages to purchase a property
For processing a mortgage to purchase a property the typical fee is £499 – up to a maximum of £999, payable on application.

Remortgages
For processing a remortgage the typical fee is £299 – up to a maximum of £999, payable on application.

Offshore and commercial mortgages
For offshore and commercial mortgages the typical fee is £599 – up to a maximum of £1,499, payable on application.

Adverse Credit
For applications where there is a history of adverse credit the typical fee is £749 - up to a maximum of £1,499, payable on application.

Equity Release Mortgages & Home Reversion Plans
For Equity release mortgages and Home Reversion Plans the typical fee is £749, up to a maximum of £999. Of this, £249 will be payable on application, with the remainder (£500 - £750) becoming due on successful production of a mortgage offer.
