COVID-19 Operational Update – 19/07/2021

CONSULTATIONS

We’re delighted to be in a position to start offering in-person meetings again from 19th July.  Whilst we’re excited about this, we also understand that for many there is still nervousness and anxiety about rushing back to human contact, so we remain more than happy to offer consultations via video call such as Zoom / Teams or by telephone.

For your protection, we will continue to make face coverings or face shields available to our advisers, and where possible we will follow all guidance such as ventilation and an enhanced cleaning regime including hand sanitiser.

All our staff are either already fully vaccinated or awaiting a second jab in line with the priority groups system.  If you would like to know the vaccination status of your adviser please ask.

 

CONTACTING US

We all continue to work from home some of the time, in order to reduce contact, however our phone system is cloud based and of course we have access to email in the usual way, so you shouldn’t experience any difficulty getting hold of us.  Please do not attend our offices without prior arrangement as we continue to work on an appointment-only basis for now.
